We want every guest to have a great experience with us, and we understand that sometimes plans need to change. We do our best to be flexible while also respecting the time and resources it takes to prepare for your trip.
Overnight Shack Deposit
- $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your dates.
Day Shack Deposit
- $75 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your dates
Guided trips (winter & summer, half & full day)
- $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your dates.
*The remaining balance is due upon arrival, unless otherwise arranged*
Cancellations
- More than 7 days before your trip: Your deposit is fully refundable or transferable to a future date within the same calendar year.
- Less than 7 days before your trip: We will do our best to reschedule your trip, but cannot guarantee availability. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the deposit is non-refundable.
No-Shows
- If you don’t arrive for your trip without prior notice, the full deposit is forfeited and rescheduling is not available.
Weather and Safety
- Safety is our top priority. If we cancel due to unsafe weather or ice conditions:
- You will receive a full refund, or
- We can reschedule your trip at no extra cost.
